Keep Plans Current
Placing an existing crisis plan online with REM4ed Online Commandprovides many benefits. The process of moving the plan from binder to online automatically provides a gap assessment of the current plan.

It is an opportunity to add additional activities, hazards, trainings, certifications, and updated role assignments to the plan. It is an opportunity to make sure that all hazards have been accounted for, all personnel have been accounted for, all roles have been accounted for, all partnerships have been established and all activities have been accounted for.

Placing the crisis plan online makes the plan easily accessed by staff and partners now and in the event of an emergency when knowledge of the plan is most needed.

Partner Relationships
We advise that partners and first responders become active users of REM4ed Online Command. Establishing strong partnerships requires great communication. Incorporating partners into the Online CommandTM system and sharing access to the tool allows first responders to know who, what, where in the event of a crisis.

Prepare, Practice
With REM4ed Online Command, the tool will track staff training and certifications on crisis issues, track schedules for emergency drills and proactively notify via email to key staff, needed trainings and drills. Reminder emails are proactively sent out to designated staff about scheduled trainings and certifications. Partners are encouraged to populate the calendar with upcoming training opportunities like CPR and First Aid.

Equipment Tracking
REM4ed Online Command also keeps a database of emergency equipment and important information about the equipment, location of equipment and who the equipment is assigned to.
